September 20, 2025 -- Blues Blast Magazine  has announced winners in its 18th Annual Music Awards. Thousands of subscribers and Blues fans around the world voted, making the winners true "People's Choice" honorees. The lists of includes many of today's most popular chart-topping blues musicians and bands. In addition to Wyze & the Tellers, winners included: Tab Benoit, Shmekia Copeland, Charlie Musselwhite, Derek Trucks. Keb 'Mo, Bobby Rush , and Duke Robillard, among others. Read all winners here

Christopher Wyze & the Tellers jolted onto the global blues scene with "Stuck in the Mud” – their 13-track debut album of all-original music.  Recorded in Muscle Shoals, AL and Clarksdale, Miss., it catapulted onto  blues album and singles charts worldwide, was streamed in 90 countries and ended last year at the #38 out of the Top 200 Blues Albums ranked by Roots Music Report.
